Some people have athletic gifts, a talent for movement and speed. Some have the focus and drive to become athletically great despite limitations. We don't get to choose our bodies, but we do get to make the most out of them. Whatever your goals, we're here to support, educate and help you enjoy the ride.
Coach Rick Krupa
One of the naturally gifted: A former Marine, who had perfect scores on all physical fitness testing, Rick is a sponsored triathlete, competitor on Team USA at the ITU World Championships, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine and USAT certified coach with a degree in Exercise Science. His love of sports is far reaching, from Premiere League Soccer to his native Red Sox and Bruins. He believes that determination is what drives success. “I want to test the limits of our capabilities. This comes from a realization that the mind and body function as one and not as separate entities. When we put one above the other we are destined to fail but by working together anything is possible.”
